I’m not kidding when I say that yoga flipped my life upside down.
I was a chronic perfectionist, riddled with near-impossible standards that I could only meet when I pushed myself beyond what love would ever ask of me.
And then yoga found me.
It taught me stillness. It taught me presence.
Thousands of hours on the mat, finding myself in amongst all of the shapes.
In amongst all of the sweat, and all of the tears.
There aren’t enough words to explain how devoted I am to carrying on this practice.
How devoted I am to teaching yoga in its purest form.
How my task now is to teach in a way that can touch the heart of a modern practitioner who tries to find their balance in a world filled with grief and joy, connection and disconnection.
With a decade of teaching experience, you'll find a safe and nurturing container with me to explore the energetic, physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions of yoga.
Each yoga practice is an opportunity to practice deep listening, intelligence and discernment.
